LA CHAÎNE REVIVAL; PRESERVING THE CAMARADERIE AND PLEASURES OF THE TABLE


The Bailli Délégué Australia, Mr Norm Harrison welcomed National Committee Members, and their partners, to a Cocktail Party held in Adelaide at ‘Regattas bistro + bar’, Adelaide Convention Centre, on Saturday 8th February 2014.

In attendance for the LA CHAÎNE REVIVAL; PRESERVING THE CAMARADERIE AND PLEASURES OF THE TABLE, was also the Member for Adelaide, Rachel Sanderson, Bailli d’Australie du Sud, Nick  Papazahariakis, Ted Grinsted, (Bailli Délégué Honoraire Singapore) and National Committee Members from Perth, Cairns, Brisbane, Townsville, Gold Coast, Sydney and Adelaide, enjoying the delightful menu prepared by Regattas chef Derek Salmon, organised by Udo Ruckdäschel of Adelaide Convention Centre.

On this weekend, Norm also hosted the National Committee Meeting, marking an important milestone for South Australia’s future directions.

It is the continued interest and support of the professional and non-professional members; from restaurateurs, hoteliers, caterers, industry suppliers and vintners, which allow this international society to maintain it’s sophisticated standards.

We welcome interested parties to join us at a Cocktail Party at Muratti Cakes & Gateaux at 144B Prospect Road, Prospect on the 21st March. Proceeds of this event will go towards the Young Chefs Competition (Concours International des Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs). The event will be supported by Moët & ChandonLe Cordon Bleu and Paracombe Wines.
