what an absolutely fantatsic nite to celebrate my birfday properly with good friends. we were Tongue Thai’d well and truely with a banquet to delight anyone, the eggplant dish being the winner from the nite with everyone gushing about it and many trying to work out how to recreate once they got home!!
we simply had a ball and i’d like to thank the friends who came along and made it so special. xx
