What is your fancy? Green Tea anyone… or a peppermint? I’m off to make one…

Tip of the day:

Make green tea your preferred beverage.

Green tea has an increasing list of benefits including those for the heart. High in anti-oxidants it can help protect again Alzheimer’s, high cholesterol, arteriosclerosis, stimulates the immune and can even help with blood sugar levels.

As always go for quality not quantity when choosing your green tea, with a preference towards organic (they only way to guarantee its not irradiated).
