#hearttime was spread across the day. starting out this morning i did some exercises (bit aerobic like) and then tonight concentrated on the insides with a fresh vegetable stirfry. it was yummy, quick, and healthy.

Ive been reading a few books about breaking habits. One of the things they recommend is instead of vegging out in front of the TV every night (or for me that’s the computer), to recognise the difference between mental and physical exhaustion. Meaning, we may be mentally exhausted, but we wouldnt be physically. Exercise will actually make us feel better.

So, now I just have to stop writing this blog and do something. Oh, but yeah.. I did some this morning 🙂
