It’s cold. It’s hailing. It’s blah.

How do we keep motivating ourselves to exercise, or get out amongst it, in this weather?

Of course, I have to work this through and come up with an answer because I want to keep going. I have my gym membership and could go there but to be frank I generally stop because I find it tedious and boring. We have talked about Zumba classes, so I can look into that.. and I have always been a dancer at heart so this could be the way to go. There must be an answer… more routine at home would help – but then, would it? Are they all excuses. I dont need an answer… just pondering out loud 🙂 xc
