My wish is that you all continue your healthy lifestyles, health isn’t a fad it’s our greatest asset!

The above quote says it all, eat quality food. Mass produced food lacks vitals nutrients. Go organic or at least purchase direct from the growers whom you can ask what has and hasn’t been sprayed. It’s also value for money to purchase quality foods, consider that the average household throws out 40% of all food that is bought. Money which can be put towards REAL food. Shop at farmers markets, start a veggie patch, and eat for nutrition! Its achievable……even on a budget.
