Over our 10 year Unearthing Winelovers journey, we have enjoyed the marvelous marriage of food and wine on many occassion; we have enjoyed fabulous Capricorn lunches, dinners in cellars and elite restaurants with wonderful chefs… To progress the marriage and the celebrating of our 10th Vintage year, we are proud to offer a dinner at The Henry Austin on Saturday 17th June.

The Henry Austin is one of Adelaide’s up and coming wine bars and restaurants, known to have a passion for new wine types and styles as part of their focus. You may recall the location? It was previously known as the famous Chesser Cellars; a vibrant part of the Adelaide wine scene for over 30 years.

On this night of nights, the team at the Henry Austin will showcase new dishes exclusively for us… think rustic, warm, hearty food on a cold winters night, to get yourself into the mood.

The Progression Part One | Henry Austin (The Details)

We will enjoy an exclusive entree and main course dinner, for a set price of $50pp. Note, there is an extensive wine list which will meet all tastes, for you to purchase, at your own cost, on the night. Note; wine is not included in the $50pp

Places are limited for the Part One dinner, and payment is required prior to the event to secure your seat. No refunds provided from one week BEFORE event, as numbers will be confirmed and menu set.
